If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy online return process or text/ whatsapp us at (323)536-2605 to print out a FREE return label.
You have 60 DAYS TO RETURN* an item to us in its original condition. 60 days starts from date of purchase, not from date of receipt.
*Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Agibaby Inc. (DBA Moda Jeans) products were designed and manufactured with great care, so we want you to be happy with your purchase.
Moda Jeans recommends that customers inspect orders for accuracy and manufacturer’s defects within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please keep all original packaging while processing a return or exchange.
New and unused items that have not been opened may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 60 days of the date purchased. All returned/exchanged items must be kept in their original condition and packaging. Moda Jeans pays return shipping costs
Opened items that do not fit or do not meet customer's satisfaction will also be accepted for return within 60 days of the date shipped, and must be undamaged- still in new condition. International orders from outside United states buyer must purchase return label purchase.
No returns/refunds will be granted after 60 days from the date of purchase.
In the event that Moda Jeans makes an order error we will replace product and ship via a ground service of our choosing
Product that is found to have defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship is eligible for replacement. Defective product should be made available or returned to Moda Jeans upon request before it is replaced and should only be discarded at Moda Jeans request.
To return or exchange item(s) purchased through www.modajeans.net, item(s) must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please submit a customer service inquiry if you wish to make a return and are not able to do through clicking the easy returns icon on our website.
